Each Sushi Maker is hand crafted by Ron & Norene Iwamasa at their home in Heather Glen, California. Each Sushi Maker set comes with complete instructions and recipes; what brand of rice to use, how to cook the rice, how to season the rice, and offers suggestions for ingredients.  Most of this information has been passed on through family gatherings from one generation to the next. Both beginners and experienced home and professional sushi chefs enjoy using the Maki Sushi Ki to create rolled types of sushi (Maki), compressed bar types of sushi (Oshizushi), or the ever so popular in Hawaii, Spam musibi.
